Prelude receives 6 years of cellarage before release which gives the 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir and Chardonnay time to soften, meld, and mature.  The resulting wine is medium bodied, ripe, and well-fruited yet retains Taittinger's signature elegance and poise.  A great favourite of the MWH Wine team, it's sensational with seafood.
